A study with 41 participants (ages 19-60) experiencing hair loss was conducted to evaluate the effects of 1000 mg/day of OptiMSM®. The study measured hair count, hair diameter, and self-assessment. The results demonstrated significant improvements in both hair density and diameter, showing the positive impact of OptiMSM® on hair health².
