Witholytin® has demonstrated in recent studies it has significant benefits for fatigue and stress, with a newly published study further outlining Witholytin®’s efficacy.

This recent research was set out to evaluate muscle health¹ in healthy volunteers. The participants received either 250mg of Witholytin® or a placebo twice a day for 60 days, with physical performance, biomarkers, body composition, reaction time, hemogram and organ function being assessed at day 30 and day 60.

The results of this study concluded that the participants who received Witholytin® demonstrated significant improvements (p<0.05).

Initiatives included improving employee well-being through enhanced safety, health, and development programs, as well as promoting work-life balance. This year saw the launch of a community engagement strategy based on a diagnostic study from 2023.

Since 2021, Golden Omega® has reduced waste disposal by 33% and potable water use by 47%, thanks in part to a new desalination plant in water-scarce Arica. Exciting new research has been published (April 2025) demonstrating how Witholytin®, our branded, natural ashwagandha, significantly influences mitochondria in cortical neurons whilst also potentially bolstering stress adaptation and neuroprotection.

Data suggests these effects are driven by interactions with Brain Derived Neurotrophic Factor (BDNF) which are essential for neuron support and growth, and Sirtuin 1 (SIRT1) signalling which is crucial for neuronal development and metabolic balance during aging.

These initial findings propose that Witholytin® could enhance the creation of new mitochondria (mitochondrial biogenesis) and also improve neuroenergetics – the production, distribution and utilisation of energy within the brain – in cortical circuits.
