Following the overwhelming success of the Symposium in 2013, the Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh have invited the Seaweed Health Foundation back for a second year. The 2013 event had exhibitors showing seaweed products ranging from supplements to pet foods, world-renowned scientists and institutions, chefs, nutritionists, and celebrated artists displaying their work inspired by seaweed. This year will be bigger and better, and we need your support to educate and promote this incredible and sustainable British seaweed resource that can do so much for food and health. There are many rewards to thank you for this support.

The Seaweed Health Foundation is an independent, not-for-profit organisation established in 2010 to represent the public interest in seaweed for food and health, and to explore and confirm the contribution that seaweed can make to the foundation of health.

Gee Lawson Ltd are supporting this event on 6th-7th September 2014 and would like to further help by spreading the word around their selected customers.
